How to change my formula on AnniFaro ?

You subscribed to the Classic Formula and you want to use the Premium Formula instead (and vice versa) ?

That's easy… You just have to wait two days before the monthly renewal of your current subscription, cancel it, and subscribe to the formula you're interested in !

For example :

If you are on October 25, and you launched the Classic Formula on April 3; in order to change your subscription, you will have to cancel this formula on the 1st of the following months (for example on November 1st or December 1st).

The answer is quite simple: because of the time difference between your respective countries and the processing centre, it's best to make subscription changes at least two days before renewal, to avoid any unwanted transactions (which will not be reimbursed, of course…)!

You can of course do it the day before… but at your own risk…

To do so, follow the steps below :

1. Go to the section entitled "my subscriptions" in your personal space (top right on PC)

   
   

2. Select the drop-down menu corresponding to your subscription and click on Cancel subscription

   
   

3. Then go to the formulas'page via the footer by clicking on Formula

   
   

4. Select the new subscription and complete the transaction steps
